Sourcewell is a self-funded government organization created by the Minnesota Legislature and governed by elected public officials. Now serving thousands of education, government, and nonprofit agencies, Sourcewell streamlines procurement by offering hundreds of competitively solicited cooperative contracts — covering everything from fleet vehicles and maintenance to EV infrastructure and school technology at no cost to participating agencies.

Sourcewell partners with Black Fleet Network™ to expand equitable access to resources that strengthen fleets and the professionals who lead them. As a government partner, Sourcewell supports BFN through professional development, co-branded programming, and knowledge-sharing that highlights the value of cooperative purchasing for public sector and nonprofit organizations.
