Jason is the architect behind BFN Tech Prep - an industry practitioner and educator who has worked as and trained technicians across municipal and commercial fleets. His approach blends ASE standards, VR simulation, and employer feedback loops to create training that’s practical, modern, and hire-ready. Jason partners closely with fleet leaders and shop supervisors to keep the program aligned to real tools, real procedures, and real expectations; teaching beyond the test, to drive real performance.
